Initially a special edition release (and now becoming part of the core range). Created using the base of the fabulous Tudor Gin (developed in collaboration with The Mary Rose Trust) the distillery have infused more cherry, sweetened it slightly and taken the ABV down to 37.5%.
On the nose, the Cherry cuts through, on the palate, although sweeter than Tudor Gin it is not too sweet and the wonderful London dry is still present. As the palate clears the mouth is left with a soft sweet cherry finish.
Excellent with Lemonade and a couple of Glacé cherries for garnish, or equally nice with a light Indian Tonic water.
